Peter Griffith started his company in the chilly economic climate of 2009, but the creation was actually more than twenty-plus years of a hot marketing career in the making.

Peter's career started at Fallon McElligott Rice while he was still studying at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Plucked up as an art director literally across the street at Campbell-Mithun, he soon became one of their youngest associates garnering a number of creative awards for his clients and the agency.

A move to Chicago broadened his accounts both Nationally and Internationally. As an associate Creative Director at DDB, his accomplishments become more dynamic as they were acclaimed for being both highly creative but equally highly effective. Peter transitioned to copywriting, broadening his skill set, and was hired as a Creative Director at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide. He continued his trend of award-winning work and was named to their national leadership committee and was promoted to a VP.

As an Executive Creative Director at the boutique advertising agency Point B Communications, Peter honed his leadership and client relationship skills before spending the last of his large, corporate, agency life at Element 79 as a Creative Director/VP.

Having spent over twenty-some years of delivering exceptional results for literally dozens of Fortune 500 brands all around the world, Peter now brings the talents of his and his team's experience from the comfort of his own office, where his clients are more than likely to find his springer spaniel, Chelsea, warmly greeting them at the door.
